Colin Gordon & Associates has significant experience in the unique design requirements for vibration and noise control in LCD TFT fabs. We have designed Generation 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, and 7 facilities. This work includes design for the specific vibration requirements for steppers, array testers, laser cutter and repair tools, probe stations, inspection equipment, etc., and in the control of vibration from typical sources within LCD TFT facilities, such as mechanical equipment, personnel, AGVs and RGVs, etc. We provide careful, calculated, and experienced design input in order to meet the facilities requirements in a cost effective manner.
